Dredged from the depths of Steve Sattler's office, the secret history of the Origins Hordes of the Things Tournament gains another chapter. The lost results of the 3rd Annual tournament have been recovered for everyone to see!

While photographic confirmation is sketchy and generally unavailable, this narrator has it on very good authority that a good time was had by all involved, and if memory serves, this was the occasion in which we nearly ran out of loaner armies due to the unexpectedly good turnout.

Though it is only a rumor, tea and crumpets may have been involved and all the world's problems may have been solved in one fell swoop.

Unfortunately I did not have my camera for this event, so I didn't personally have a lot of pictures. Army Size Scale Round Length
24 AP's 15mm 60 minutes
  • Four rounds, 1 hour per round
  • 3 Points for a win, 1 for a tie
  • Ranking by Points, AP's taken as tie-breaker, then by Generals taken
  • Proposed 2.1 Shooter/Warband movement rules

Happiest of all to discover this hidden cache of information is undoubtedly Allen Sams, whose illustrious victory with "Egad, Rats!" had previously gone unrecorded (and largely unbelieved) by the assemblage. We congratulate him on his victory, belatedly, and hope that whatever prize he received (which we've totally forgotten about at this point) was worthy.
